My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ann (LPOA) and Tamasine (Wills). We found them both to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable explaining the finer details of the process and implications to a level we could understand. Any queries or issues arising during the process were promptly dealt with and much patience shown.
