Fortunately I’ve had little to do professionally with solicitors over what is now several decades. When I have, in relation to property sales and purchases, and probate, I have not, alas, generally been overly impressed. Rarely involving legal issues of any real complexity, these matters do however require attention to detail. I’ve lost count of the number of times that I’ve had to point out mistakes, oversights, and so on in documents which, had they remained, could sometimes have had serious consequences. All of which is by way of context for my delight at the way that my recent property sale was handled by this firm. No mistakes, or at least none that I spotted. Which, unfortunately, I cannot say about ‘the other side’s’ solicitor….

PDG have been our family solicitors for years and have always been professional and good value for money. Recently, I have noticed the that the processes have become more efficient and straightforward, after instructing Paul to handle the conveyancing for my first house purchase. I shopped around, as I'm on a budget, and PDG were the best price of about 5 quotes. Progress has been fast with no need to chase things up. Paul and Sarah have made everything as easy as possible for me and the communication has been really good.
