More than a lawyer - A lifeline
I can’t express enough gratitude for the incredible support and expertise my lawyer has provided during the most challenging time of my life. Written representation for a caution
Facing a caution for common assault, I was concerned about the potential impact on my future employment, particularly given the required DBS checks in my field. Madeleine expertly guided me through the process and options and then put together a written representation. Her responsiveness and clear communication allowed for a quick turnaround, even under tight deadlines. She managed expectations well. Despite the challenging circumstances, Madeleine successfully persuaded the police to consider a community resolution, a far more favourable outcome that would not be reflected in standard DBS checks. I am immensely grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her services.
