Written representation for a caution
Facing a caution for common assault, I was concerned about the potential impact on my future employment, particularly given the required DBS checks in my field. Madeleine expertly guided me through the process and options and then put together a written representation. Her responsiveness and clear communication allowed for a quick turnaround, even under tight deadlines. She managed expectations well. Despite the challenging circumstances, Madeleine successfully persuaded the police to consider a community resolution, a far more favourable outcome that would not be reflected in standard DBS checks. I am immensely grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her services.

Acting for defendant Samy Grimm
Our family is most grateful to Madeleine and to all those at SGK who assisted with my step son Samy's case, the matter having eventually being dropped by the Police after more than one year. This was the best possible outcome and we cannot thank Madeleine enough for helping to bring about this resolution. She was most understanding and helped us amd Samy throughout what was a most difficult period.
