Selling my property is stressful and because solicitors are so busy I have heard on line and from agents that some solicitors simply don’t answer any phones and you are left to email. Every call I made to PR was answered with a very friendly reception. Emma Ericsson in particular was so helpful putting our mind at rest and answering my many questions she has the patience of a saint.
Given this team are short staffed due to furlough staff every member of the team went out if the way to help me.
Communication.was excellent both verbal and email I could not of asked any more .
