Visited with an elder who for sometime has repeated asked that we transfer home into our names as sole benefactors on their death , a request we have ignored until a very firm sort it was asked. Appointment made which we attended. Mum was not her best having just been recalled to doctors for some more bloods which as an elder, as in this case took a few attempts. The solicitor Shannon discussed options, the solicitor could have just pushed ahead and done as was asked but Instead gave sound advice both protection and financial for us all I am usually quite cynical re solicitors being a bit money grabbing but this was quite the opposite and incredibly informative
