      We began purchasing a property in January of this year. After the initial flurry of activity our sale went very quiet and by the end of April we needed to move , but nothing was happening. I emailed Charlotte Fairfax and explained our situation. She immediately gave our sale all of her attention and got the other side to move forward quickly and smoothly. We moved in in early May .
