I’d like to share a very good experience with Vikki from Merits solicitors in Yarm
We had an issue with T’s and c’s with a supplier with no morals , values or business ethics who were trying to charge £17,500 for a clause in their contract. Vikki was first class from the early engagement with me where she put me at ease that the clause was not enforceable and we settled out of court at 40% of what they were asking for
In a way I wish it did go to court as I think with Vikkis guidance we would have won. However, she put us first and her advice was brilliant
