Transparency & clear communication which was VERY QUICK!!!
I approached AJFL in July 2023 time to assist me with a messy divorce (Financial & Matrimonial element), from the get-go I was provided quick, clear and jargon free advice/communication - this continued throughout my case!! My solicitor throughout was Rhian Jones, absolutely amazing!! I cannot recommend Rhian enough and if/when need arises in future, I will 10000% go back to Rhian. She was extremely clear in all communication, she listened to me and really understood my case, for example, very late on in the case information came up that I didn't think Rhian was aware of, but evidently she had listened and noted this from our very early conversations. What impressed me most was the speed of replies to communication, very often within the hour, even when vast amounts of information/data were involved. This assured and gave me confidence that Rhian cared and understood me and my situation and I just wasn't a "Case" or "Folder" sitting on her desk. I implicitly trust Rhian after my experience with her these last few months and I have already recommended AJFL & in particular Rhian to several people looking for similar legal services.

Financial consent order
Rhian Jones was instructed to arrange the financial consent order for my divorce being recommended by a friend. There were a number of difficult hurdles to overcome but Rhian's tenacity to reach the outcome needed, her efficiency, her friendly and approachable manner, her clear and prompt communication and her ability to manage my expectations made a potentially emotional and stressful process a joy. I would highly recommend Rhian to anyone seeking family legal representation.

Financial Consent Order - Proceeding Divorce
I had previously used a different solicitor before coming to AJFL, I wasn't satisfied I was being represented in the best way and needed to find a new representation. AJFL was recommended by someone who was in a similar position. I reached out to Rhian who offered impartial advice immediately through emails and invited me to a free face to face meeting to discuss and outline what I required representation with. Rhian was exceptional upon meeting and within a short time frame I felt confident that I would be represented in the way I needed. My case took some difficult twists and turns throughout (from the other party's side) leading to my case being complex. I was offered a fixed price fee to conclude a FCO and during this time Rhian was extremely responsive, always answering emails, questions and providing legal advice effectively. Rhian and the team at AJFL went over and above the original ask, provided more support and legal advice that we originally thought, never once increased costs or made me feel like it was to benefit them financially, they gave me reassurance I was being reasonable within my FCO and helped me enforce when the order was breached. In the nicest possible way I hope to not ever need these services again however if you're going through a divorce, need guidance and legal support in terms of financial consent orders and want solid, robust and exceptional representation for a very reasonable fee PLEASE use AJFL! I honestly couldn't of got through the last year without the support of AJFL team.

Exceptional customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Id have no hesitation in recommending Alun Jones Family Law. I really enjoyed using their digital software to provide them with all of the information they needed up front (they also offered to do this in-person) - this drastically sped up the process and put us in a great position ahead of our first meeting.
Throughout the process they were always speedy to reply, they offered considered advice and in terms of service and professional, it was second to none.

Review of service offered by Rhian
Rhian has supported us through an incredibly difficult, highly emotive and high conflict family divorce proceedings. She has always been there when we have needed for advice and to listen to the challenges we are facing, and both her legal knowledge and the holistic way in which she has helped us with our case has been second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend both her services and the firms services to anyone else who has the misfortune to go through family court proceedings.

Divorce
Divorce is a painful and emotional experience. Being supported by an outstanding solicitor and firm makes life so much easier. Rhian is not only a talented and gifted solicitor but had the ability to make the complex simple and reassure. She made a material difference and I could not recommend her and Alun Jones more! Rhian Jones is superb
Huge thanks to Rhian for always being professional and quick to respond to all my queries. Rhian has been a great help with a variety of my family-related issues. Such as providing advice about securing visitation with my child, birth certificate issues, drafting initial letters to the other side and most recently with reviewing and suggesting amendments (and advice generally) regarding the enforcement of parental agreements. Rhian has been brilliant in providing lots of free initial advice also, such as with understanding divorce proceedings and it's impacts on family finances. Most importantly though, Rhian ensures that she keeps costs low whilst providing a high-quality service in addition to ensuring that she does not advise on matters outside of her expertise. This means that if you are getting advice for something, you can be sure that Rhian is highly skilled in that area. There is zero risk of Rhian over-promising and under-delivering. A great lawyer to work alongside. I'll certainly be coming back to this firm if I ever need family support in the future.

Rhian Jones was extremely helpful and professional when assisting me with a financial consent order, relating to a previous divorce. After initially dealing directly with Alun Jones, I was later transferred to Rhian, who was always approachable and friendly via telephone or email. She made me feel that nothing was too much trouble and her guidance eased any anxiety that I experienced during the process. I would highly recommend Rhian if you are looking for a supportive and knowledgeable solicitor.

Excellent! Professional & Efficient Solicitors
I used Rhian Jones at Alun Jones for my divorce consent order. Even though the firm is 170 + miles from where I live, the service I received was very professional (Rhian gave me very clear advice and was refreshingly helpful) super efficient and incredibly reasonable. The whole process was completed in just a few weeks. I would without doubt recommend them.
