Having fallen and broke my arm in November 2009 Aequitas Legal was recommended by a friend who worked there at the time. I was very pleased with the way Such dealt with everything. He was extremely polite and spoke to me with respect. I found him very easy to contact and he always responded promptly and effectively. I couldn't fault him at all, everything he did was all for the client. However, unfortunately Such decided to take a back seat in respect of claims to take a more active role on the business side, I must say his replacement (although very good) did not quite meet the expectations and high levels of conduct that Such had made. This was a tad frustrating although when I got used to the new solicitor I am relieved to say he was just as good and solved my claim quite quickly in the end. My claim proved rather difficult due to my fracture not healing, and Aequitas Legal regularly did a schedule of loss obtaining me regular payments to compensate my loss of earnings, this proved brilliant due to being off work for such a long period of time.
However 4 and a half years down the line I have just settled my claim and am happy to say that I would highly recommend Aequitas Legal should anyone ever require their assistance. I pass on my greatest thanks to Such and his team for all their help and support during the four and a half years of my claim and recovery.
