Second to none
Three years ago, I had an incident in a car on a roundabout didn’t file for legal action up until about a year and a half later. And after this time Aequitas legal couldn’t of done enough. The third-party was a nightmare to deal with. And they only took a small percentage of what I received from the third-party a little over £1500 bear in mind this situation lasted a little under three years. I couldn’t recommend.Aequitas legal enough. And a little special thank you to Abigail. THANK YOU.

At the beginning of the claim, I thought it was progressing rather slowly. After having representation from two solicitors, Sarah Donald became my representative. I cannot praise the service I have received from Sarah since then highly enough. I have had continuous progress reports, she has persistently pushed for a resolution, and finally I have received a settlement far beyond my expectations without going to Court. Without Sarah’s advice I would have settled for less. Moreover, she is so friendly and always contactable. This review is based on the service I have received from Sarah

When Victoria took over my personal injury claim
My personal injury claim was a bit slow at the start and not much communication was flowing between myself and the designated Solicitor. However, when Victoria took over my case, things started to change drastically in a very positive way. Victoria was a breath of fresh air, her professional approach, hard working ethic and diligence made this process smooth. She kept me updated on my case and gave valuable advice throughout. Ansa is amazing! I can’t write a review worthy enough for her. My case was a liability claim. There was hardly any communication or progress with the first solicitor who had my case, but then Ansa took over and I am SO glad she did amazing. Explaining things through to me, emailing, calling, responding to my questions. She puts more than 1000% in, she put her whole heart and soul into my case, as I’m sure she does with everyone’s. I would recommend Aequitas legal purely due to the hard work Ansa puts in, and hence the results. Thank you so much Ansa!

I cannot recommend Aequitas legal enough.
I contacted them some time after my accident and was put in touch with Sarah.
She dealt with my case with passion and empathy and professionally.
Carl took over towards the end who also dealt with me in exactly the same way as Sarah.
They both made me feel comfortable and confident of the outcome.
If ever I need legal assistance in the future I will ring Aequitas first.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ansa Rashid she is one in a million. When i first came to Aequitas Legal about my case i thought there was no hope and my case was unwinable. But this extradionary lady has fought my corner at every turn. She has had my back since day one and she won me my case. She treats you like person and not a client. We have been well served by the staff of Aequitas Legal who have been dealing with my wife's claim for compensation. Being attack while at work in the local hospital in 2017 it has been a long journey to where we are now, near settlement? Since 2017 my wife has suffered from bouts of sever stress and depression. Understanding the delicacy of my wife's mental health, they have always acted with her best interests at heart and minimising any need for stress.
Sarah Donald has been our guiding light, always calm cool and collect, being able to impart a sense of professionalism in all her dealings while maintaining the human touch in her relation with us.
