First class service for our enfranchisement

5

First class service for our enfranchisement. We bought the freehold to our block of flats in 2021. The process was complex and took over two years to complete from inception. The matter was handled throughout, by Stephen Charnock of Bishop and Sewell.

Having dealt with legal professionals in the course of business for over 30 years, I must say that this was the best example that I have experienced. Stephen worked closely with us and we worked very effectively as a team. His advice was invaluable and he was methodical and organised throughout. This led to a successful conclusion that both sides were satisfied with. Stephen showed wisdom, acuity and integrity throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm purely based on our experience with him. He is a great advertisement for his firm.
