Rudlings Solicitors were personally recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Francesca represented me and immediately put me at ease as I was acting as Executor for my late mothers estate, a role I had not been involved in previously. Francesca explained the process and how the role of Executor has certain limitations to that when selling your own property. She provided detailed guidance and support throughout and demonstrated high levels of professionalism and customer care. First time buyer - leasehold purchase
Being a first time buyer, it's a daunting task choosing a solicitor/conveyensor. I felt Francesca was thorough, and appreciated the ease of communication - this was particularly important once she'd shared all the searches. Although my purchase was a relatively small one with no chain, due to the lease being extended, this did result in a delay (which neither of us were expecting), however, Francesca was great at being proactive on our side to make sure everything was set and ready to go when the time came.
