Buying our first house was made simple with Caroline, only advising us of the parts we needed to know whilst working in the background. Worked with our requests on chasing things and investigating quickly. There was absolutely no stresses. Everything was sorted in a timely manner ready for us to buy our first home. The only thing we thought may have been preferred is keeping us up to date more often but then was also a pro not being bombarded! Thank you Caroline for making our first purchase a breeze!

Ms Victoria Josif (Partner) was investigated; and found wanting, by the Legal Ombudsman following my complaint for – 1. Disclosure of confidential information to a colleague. 2. Providing a client with inaccurate information on three occasions. 3. Failure to progress a request in a timely manner. 4. Poor communications. For these failing the Legal Ombudsman recommended the firm pay compensation. The recommended compensation was increased for failing to respond to the complaint made on 29 Mar 18. A response to my complaint was received from Stephen McGrath (Partner) on 19 Sep 18, but only after a letter was sent to the firm on 14 Sep 18 by the Legal Ombudsman asking why they had not responded. I would not recommend the services of Rudlings Wakelam, especially as the three people involved in the complaint were the three partners!
