In the past 12 months Rudlings have been involved in the sale of 3 properties for me and my family and the purchase of one property from both their Brandon and Bury St Edmunds office.
I found Sharon Farrell to be very professional, friendly, respectful and easy to understand. She always responded very quickly to queries on the same day and she kept us fully aware of the situation of the sale and purchase.
The whole conveyancing process was very easy and not stressful and I would have no hesitation in using Rudlings again and will happily recommend them to others.

Ms Victoria Josif (Partner) was investigated; and found wanting, by the Legal Ombudsman following my complaint for – 1. Disclosure of confidential information to a colleague. 2. Providing a client with inaccurate information on three occasions. 3. Failure to progress a request in a timely manner. 4. Poor communications. For these failing the Legal Ombudsman recommended the firm pay compensation. The recommended compensation was increased for failing to respond to the complaint made on 29 Mar 18. A response to my complaint was received from Stephen McGrath (Partner) on 19 Sep 18, but only after a letter was sent to the firm on 14 Sep 18 by the Legal Ombudsman asking why they had not responded. I would not recommend the services of Rudlings Wakelam, especially as the three people involved in the complaint were the three partners!
