Excellent service!
Experienced, understanding and knowledgable solicitor. Nothing was too much trouble and went out of her way to assist with resolving issues related to the purchase. Dealt with my house purchase to finalisation within 5 weeks! It was only an issue with a TPO that lengthened the time it took to complete. Will definately come back and use again!!

Impressive conveyancing
In the past 12 months Rudlings have been involved in the sale of 3 properties for me and my family and the purchase of one property from both their Brandon and Bury St Edmunds office.
I found Sharon Farrell to be very professional, friendly, respectful and easy to understand. She always responded very quickly to queries on the same day and she kept us fully aware of the situation of the sale and purchase.
