Anna was thorough, professional, courteous and outlined everything from costs to process in a very concise and simplistic way. Such an easy and layed back experience we had with Anna and Tracy.
We were never made to feel like a burden, our questions were always answered and we were kept updated the moment there was a development. We were even notified when our mail was delivered which we thought was brilliant.

Excellent service, very informative and extremely helpful.
I was helped by Anna regarding a loan.
She was fantatic from the first moment I talked with her.
Very efficient and organised and kept me fully informed at all times.
She also went out of her way and took extra time to explain things clearly to me as I wasn’t fully understanding all the legal jargon involved.
The loan proved to have a couple of unexpected issues involving the Land Registry and OPG. Anna resolved these in record time.
Upon completion she called me and gleefully informed me that all monies had been received and were transferred to me immediately.
I would highly recommend her and her company.
I am extremely pleased with all the help I was given.
