    Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

    Anna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was proactive in chasing matters and dealt with the very slow solicitors on both our buyers’ and sellers’ sides with professionalism and persistence. She was extremely knowledgeable and always made us feel that everything was in hand, which gave us real peace of mind during what can be a stressful time.     Complex conveyancing.

    Anna navigated the change of ownership of our parents house to the beneficiary. It was complicated as the house was still in both parents names despite mother passing some 8 years before dad.

    Anna and Charlotte Dawkins worked on both my property sale and purchase and were incredibly diligent, kind, responsive, and hardworking. I have to commend them for working through, without complaint, a very difficult client who pulled out on the day of exchange/completion, which Anna and Charlotte handled sensitively and professionally, proving quick to amend the damage in all and any ways they could.
