MAK submitted a leave to remain application for me with submissions to reduce my indefinite leave to remain period from 10 years to 5. Due to his expert knowledge and proactive approach I wanted leave to remain and my qualifying ILR period was reduced from 10 years to 5 years. I am delighted with the outcome as it wasn’t something I thought was possible.
