Being left as the conservator for my brother's estate, I found from start to finish, all my interactions with Savita Sukul, Principal Solicitor of SJS Solicitors to be professionally friendly, she clearly explained the process and what would be required to sell the property and meet the wishes of the will. I would most definitely use SJS Solicitors again and likewise, recommend them to family and friends.

Sjs solicitors they are fantastic
My partner and I had two properties to sell and Sjs solicitors were recommended to us. From our first meeting with Savita we felt we picked the right people and Savita explained the whole process we would go through and she made us feel at ease. As it transpired both of the property sales met with many unexpected complications. All through the process Savita and Saarah and the whole team were brilliant. We could not of asked for more. They were professional polite patient and on top of everything all the way through. Keeping us updated with everything and taking time to explain every complexity to us. Every time we sent an email or made a phone call with a question. They responded imminently every time. They took all of the stress away from us, and made what turned into two very hard and complicated cases look easy, they took everything in their stride. Savita is very knowledgeable and Saarah is very patient. They are all fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody. They are the best we’ve come across. Anytime we need a solicitor service in the future we will definitely use Sjs solicitors. Thanks for all your hard work

Execellent service and friendly approach
At our first meeting, we were immediately put at ease by Mrs Sukul who was welcoming and displayed great legal and financial knowledge. She made several points for us to consider which we had not thought about. Our two subsequent meetings with Mrs Sukul were equally satisfying and addressed all our concerns. We highly recommend Mrs Sukul for her professionalism, her in depth knowledge and in giving great advice.

Excellent
I am very grateful to Mrs Sukul of SJS Solicitors for advising me on how to deal with the insolvent estate of a family member. My relative left no will and at the time that he died we were unsure if he was still married. I saw Mrs Sukul for advice sessions on three separate occasions during the time that I was dealing with the estate. She guided me from the initial stages onwards, through problems with debt collecting agencies and disputes about the priority given to debts. Her advice was always clear and helpful and she went out of her way to continue to help me until the process was completed.
