Outstanding professional service, yet again from Kelly Cottrell
This is probably one of the most important reviews I have ever felt I wanted to leave.
I have used Kelly Cottrell a few times now, and diligent, professional and hard working are adjectives that come to mind. However, on this house sale and purchase, she really stepped up further. We had a horrendous buyer, who equally was using a solicitor that in my opinion should not be practicing. He was utterly unprofessional, lazy, rude and uncommunicative, taking months to reply to emails, leaving us totally dumbfounded. However, at every turn Kelly remained utterly focused and I feel she was entirely what kept the sale together.
I also want to mention her assistant Charlotte, like Kelly, she was there when we needed, she is polite, fast acting and diligent, she outshone others around her and I want to give both her and Kelly my sincere thanks for what has been the worst conveyance to date. Thank goodness I had Kelly at the helm. After months of utter stress, she pulled it off. I will be forever grateful. What a team you have !

Conveyancing
I am writing to thank Kelly Cottrell for the conveyancing on our house move. She was extremely patient despite dealing with the most inept solicitor ever in the transactions from another firm.
I would most definitely recommend her services. She was just brilliant throughout. Extremely knowledgeable.
