Accepting new clients via ReviewSolicitors

Originally from the South East of England, I gained my law degree at Southampton Solent University and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. After relocating to North Wales, I joined Bone & Payne as a paralegal in December 2015 and on completion of my training contract I qualified as a Solicitor in October 2019. I am based at our Colwyn Bay Office where I am a member of the residential conveyancing team. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, baking and socialising with friends and family.

The Burgess sale and purchase

We have used Bone and Payne for over 30 years. Not only have they done our house sales and purchases but also our wills and powers of attorney. Always professionally, would always recommend. Thanks to Catrin for her hard work and latterly Niamh for completion.

Very efficient conveyancing of property

The conveyancing of my property was done professionally and efficiently. I was notified of all the information I needed to supply in plenty of time and all my queries were responded to promptly.

Selling and buying

Took a long time which was my fault as 1st buyer of my property pulled out and I also pulled out due to that, then I had another buyer for my property so I decided to carry on with the purchase.

Excellent Service on a tight timeline

We've just purchased a new house in Colwyn Bay, and after looking at reviews online and getting some guidance from our mortgage adviser we chose to reach out to this company and connected with Niamh. What we thought would be a pretty straightforward sale was complicated by some issues on the seller's end that gave us a hard deadline of the beginning of May, but Niamh and her assistant Sarah were on point, chasing up the necessary paperwork, in continuous communication with the seller's solicitors and other relevant parties and making sure we got everything done right on time. For anyone looking for a solicitor in the Llandudno/Colwyn Bay area, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company overall and especially Niamh. (I tried to include the company name in my review, but the website refuses to allow the word "B o n e" as part of the review)
