Excellent Service

We received excellent service from Stacy when we recently updated our wills. She was very informative whilst guiding us through the process. We needed to do something a little more complex that with our previous wills and Stacy made sure we obtained our objective.

I wish I'd gone elsewhere

For an extortionate price, with relatively little work to do on updating our wills, we received a sloppy service. Slow. Not available at times we needed to consult. Inaccuracies in draft documents. Making payment, would you believe, lived up to the firm's otiose and inefficient character. Scan the QR code on the bill, simple, except it led to a blind alley. Phone one of their several numbers (which one ? Might be useful to be given the correct one), person not available. Third try - our practitioner. Not available until 5 days later. No surprises there. Phone third number: sorry, can't help. Fortunately, the fourth call came from a present and competent person who took the payment. What a shambles.

I am sorry that you felt the price was ‘extortionate’ but note that this was agreed with you at the outset of the matter. As for the ‘sloppy’ and ‘slow’ service, I will work constructively with the team members in question to ensure this rare occurrence does not affect other clients, and I am sorry again for the experience you had. I am addressing the QR code and payment of the account immediately, and reviewing the phone numbers on the bill itself. No client should need to call more than once to receive a positive reaction, even if this is a prearranged call back.
