Unforeseen communication issue
Morris Legal (Solicitors) Ltd. and I had an agreement where it’s written that the solicitor’s commitment to me is to KEEP ME regularly informed of progress. Solicitor didn’t respect the agreement by failing to inform me of the original settlement offer. In my opinion that is a breach of contract.

On your instructions, Morris Legal secured a settlement of your case which represented an 80% increase on the original offer made. You have subsequently raised your concerns with the Legal Ombudsman about our service, who dismissed your complaint on 30 January 2024.
