I have been experiencing the most horrendous experience from OCL for almost 3 years. The customer service is zero, they don’t not process or progress with things, they mishandle and lose things and they are slow to act with no apology. The complaints process simply stops at Director level ‘Bill’ and they are behaving in a way that demonstrates they are acting against me not for me. My mental health and well-being is massively affected, I am depressed and cannot work as a result of OCL. My claim isn’t even processed, they are doing every their power to stop me claiming, sending to incorrect buildings for assessments 2.5 years after the fact when others in the vehicle won their claim almost 3 years ago with assessments or medical files (which they keep misplacing forms for). Horrific.

Not a pleasant process having to make a claim but OCL made it really easy and comforted me throughout the process. Can't recommend them enough but hope you never need to use them!
