We highly recommend Howard Bogan Solictors. Our case was very complex with years of emails and many documents, reports that needed reviewing. Boundary Dispute Wilf & Christine
Following a long drawn out Boundary dispute, We contacted Howard who we were fortunate to have Howard dealing with a difficult Client/Insurance company,
From Howards first letter of response to a claim against ourselves, It was clear that the Insurance/ Client was on the back foot with their claim, many other Insurance letters were sent to ourselves, Howard dealt with them swiftly and professionally turning the case around with his Legal and professional experience throughout the case.
Howard was always responsive and diligent throughout the proceeding making us feel confident as the case progressed.
We can't thank Howard enough for what he achieved for us,

Restored my faith
I would like to say a huge thank you to Howard.
I was left in a intensive care for an accident I had whilst abroad which was then made worse by the other party making the accident out to be my fault when it was not.
Because of the circumstances, it was difficult to locate a solicitor who would show any empathy for what myself and my family had been through let alone desire to help me when the other party were publicly laying the blame at my door despite having a Go Pro which showed different.
Howard listened to my circumstances in full, helped me overcome a potential claim against me and then turned his attention to making a claim for me to right some of the wrongs, so I am so grateful to have met Howard and would highly recommend him to anyone who has despaired at the lack of care in this day and age.

Friendly and Efficient

Tenant eviction
My first time finding and dealing with a legal problem on line.
It ran smoothly most of the time, but often resorted to Royal Mail to communicate.

Thank you for an excellent service
I am extremly grateful for an excellent service that you offered. When i presented my issue, He took time to go through the legal options that were available to me. I was presnted with costs before hand which was great for planning and avoiding ambushes with surprise costs at the end of the process.

Patient and hard working solicitor with excellent communication
We worked with Mr Bogan for three and a half years on our case from start to finish, and he was excellent with his communication and delivered fantastic results that we are very pleased with. As I had never been through the legal process before, he took time to clearly explain things I didn't understand without feeling like he was talking down to me. I was confident that he was moving through the process as swiftly and efficiently as he could, and was quick to relay any communication from the defendants to me and sent my replies just as quickly. Hopefully I will never have to use the services of a solicitor again, but if I do I would happily return to Mr Bogan for his services. Many thanks.

Saved by the Bogan
From the very beginning I found Howard straightforward and easy to deal with. He clearly understood my case and put together a very sound defence. The icing on the cake was when I was informed that my appeal had been successful. All thanks to Howard and the care and time he put in to the case.
