Andrew qualified in 2010 and has worked in family law ever since. In 2012 he chose to focus public law childcare work and joined GA Solicitors where he could undertake specifically this type of work. Andrew has have been a member of the Law Society Children Accreditation (Children Panel) since 2015 which allows him to act both for parents and children, often through their Children’s Guardian. Andrew is friendly and approachable and provides important support to clients going through what is often a very emotional and lengthy process. Having been involved in this area of work for more than10 years, Andrew has experience representing parents and children in complex matters, including (but not limited to) cases concerning non-accidental injury, alleged sexual abuse and fabricated illness. He also also has experience of acting in proceedings in relation to deprivation of liberty and has assisted many clients with significant mental health or learning difficulties.
