House conveyancing

Professional and prompt just perfect
Sarah was fabulous as was Sam her assistant. The service we received was consistently high quality with excellent communication and always timely. Queries were addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Oustanding
My partner and I used Sarah Hargreaves at Eccles Heddon (Thirsk) for our house move and she was nothing short of superb.
Sarah managed to achieve everything in a very quick timeframe (5-6 weeks) with no fuss and regularly responded to all emails/enquiries within minutes — which is a breath of fresh air for any company, let alone a solicitors!
Her adeptness, attentiveness and friendliness made us feel like we were in safe hands in an otherwise hectic/stressful period. Would highly recommend!

Sarah Hargreaves
We used Eccles Heddon LLP for the sale of our property. They were excellent, especially as there were some complications with our sale. Sarah and the team communicated clearly throughout the process and was always available to answer questions. We are also using them for our next house purchase . I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal services in the Thirsk area.

Probate house sale
