I specialise in the financial aspects of relationship breakdown acting for both married and unmarried separating couples. My practice includes advice and representation on divorce, the breakdown of civil partnerships and in relation to property claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. I am a member of the national family law organisation, Resolution. Resolution members promote an approach to family law that is sensitive, constructive, cost-effective and most likely to result in an agreement. When court proceedings and a firmer approach is essential, I am an unrelenting and robust court advocate. I have many years of experience representing clients ( including children) in complex and contested matters in court before District and Circuit Judges. I am an experienced Family Mediator and one of the few in the county with Family Mediation Council Accredited (FMCA) status.

    Stressful family case handled with such care !!! Amazing firm 👏

    I was very nervous about my case and unsure how to approach. The advice I recieved was very clear and realistic. I was always Informed of the next steps and what was needed from me. I felt heard and understood. My case was a child matter, which was very emotional. Having clear, friendly guidance made the process alot easier. Conversation were natural with Danielle. She was very effective and compassionate with her approach. I am happy to say the case result was positive and was finalised alot quicker than originally expected. Honestly I can not recommend enough not only Danielle but everybody who helped with my case. I really felt like I had a whole team.

    Excellent service - would highly recommend

    Danielle and the team at Crane and Staples helped my conclude my divorce prefessionally and with an outcome that I am satisfied with. I found them via a personal recommendation and would highly recommend should you require their services. I felt that Danielles advice was clear, justified and well documented - but also focused on the outcome I was looking to achieve - which was the best for my children. Whilst I hope I never require this service again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.
