Exceptional service
We choose Forbes to help us with a complicated PI claim. They have been compassionate, caring and professional throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Neglect
Leonie was Very thorough and guided me through all the process from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble. We won the case and hopefully because of her hard work and dedication we will see some improvements within the NHS

Loss claim
It was clear from the outset that Leonie was accomplished and experienced. That proved to be entirely accurate at every stage of the process.
Leonie was confident but never cocky and at each stage she had the uncanny, but most welcome, ability to second guess the response from the other party in advance.
This way of working and knowing every aspect of her job is something that cannot be underestimated and it inspires confidence.
It is rare to find someone with such dedication who knows exactly what to say and how to respond, whilst remaining absolutely calm and focused throughout.
There was never a moment of doubt with Leonie and our dealings with her were everything you would expect from an accomplished professional, but so much more.
Reviews sometimes can't tell the whole story, so I will not mince my words. In our experience you will not get a better solicitor than Leonie Millard and it has been a pleasure to deal with her and the people that work with her, such as Emily and Carole at all times.
It is nice to have dealt with someone who has restored your faith in humanity. Leonie is a true professional at the top of her game and I would not hesitate to recommended her to services. She is a class act.

Misdiagnosed
My case was handled by Leonie Millard and her team. I was misdiagnosed by my GP and had a Laryngectomy as a result. Although not having seen this before, everyone involved did their best to understand what it involved and the complexity of living with it. The case itself, as expected, took quite a while to come to conclusion and even though numerous attempts were made to scupper our case Leonie saw it through to a successful conclusion. All the team were brilliant to deal with and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The no win, no fee element meant any stress of a possible hugh bill was taken away. Very pleased with Leonie and Forbes, thankyou very much.
