We engaged Waterstone Legal for our conveyancing service as first-time buyers, using a shariah-compliant mortgage provider. Our case was initiated by Mr. Shah Ali and later taken over by Mr. Mahmut, who efficiently saw us through to completion. Throughout the process, Mr. Mahmut provided reassurance when we had concerns and ensured that our mortgage offer was extended to meet the vendor's preferred completion date. Thanks to his efforts, the extension was approved by the lender without any issues. We recommend them for their exceptional service
