Fantastic duo.
Used Easthams for a sale and purchase and was a smooth transition throughout.
Thorough communication and always on hand to help when and if needed. Luke was our conveyancer and Jade his assistant and couldn’t fault neither of them. Would use again and would highly recommend.

Buying & Selling property
We decided to choose Eastham's Solicitors from a recommendation.
We were in a chain of four which was not the easiest to deal with. Luke was our main Solicitor, with Jade as his assistant. Both Luke & Jade were both very professional at all times. We endured some stress, not due to our solicitor's but due to others in the chain. Both Luke & Jade made every effort to keep us updated and Jade was forever chasing up the other Solicitor's to get things moving.
I would like to thank both Luke & Jade for all their support and also thank Debra who finalised the completion due to Luke being on prebooked well deserved annual leave.

Definitely use again.
I used Easthams for Conveyancing. From using other firms, Easthams by far is the best. They work so hard and want to make sure they deliver the best service.

Property purchase with Easthams
I recently purchased a house and used Easthams for the conveyancing. We were clients of Luke Swarbrick and Jade Glendinning and I cannot recommend them enough. They were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, and kept us fully informed throughout the process. We completed in just over 2 months which they undoubtedly played a role in. I’d highly recommend Easthams if you’re buying a house!

House purchase for elderly parents
After much deliberation and soul searching I persuaded my parents to sell a much loved family home after they had resided there over 60 years. I was nervous and apprehensive regarding guiding them through the minefield of buying and selling a property.
Luke and Jade were accommodating and approachable, reassuring them along the way. We were kept up to date with how things were progressing and a face to face meeting was arranged at a suitable time to complete the purchase.
Their existing property sale has yet to complete however I am confident this will be as smooth.

Good service
I used Easthams for selling and buying a property and I think they offer a great service for a really reasonable price. Luke was our conveyancer and was really professional, knowledgeable and helpful during a difficult and stressful time. His assistant Jade was also pleasant to deal with. Reception staff were very welcoming too. I would recommend Easthams to others and would use them again for any future legal matters.
