I chose this firm after finding them on Google when I was new to England and had very little knowledge about car accident claims.I am truly grateful that I made that choice. Do not bother wasting your time with these solicitors. It has taken two years to make a claim that I fell down the stairs at work. There was no lighting or signage. It should be an easy case but they take very long and there is lack of communication and now it’s too late for me to go find a better solicitor.

Kim O’Hara was fantastic as getting our sale through. Incredibly on the ball and quick to respond. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you for everything.

Unfortunately, a waste of time. I am a victim of personal injury, reporting extended burns on my arms following laser hair removal treatment. They took my case saying that "they wouldn't take cases if they didn't know they could win". I even agreed to pay an "insurance" to cover their costs in case they didn't. Their action has been to send the clinic a banal email asking for their insurance details. The clinic has since changed their "owner" and is not replying. 3 months since having appointed them, it has been now more than a month that my case has been "escalated to a solicitor" to check if it's worth (for them) going to court. Total waste of time. I would not recommend.
