Thanks to Kendall the process of my difficult claim felt controlled and easy. Kendall was efficient and capable to resolve most difficult issues.
Kendall was ready to explain me every detail of the case if necessary or when I had any questions.
Her approach was extremely professional. Kendall was explaining me difficult law points in manner I could easily understand them.
She was always kind and patient. Responding to my email or phone call questions was quick and straightforward, which gave me a lot of confidence.
She was advising me with her knowledge and experience when I had to make most difficult choices. I know Kendall was discussing my case with her supervisor which I felt I was well supported.
Finally, by her choices we won the case with higher settlement than I was expecting.
I am extremely grateful and happy that Kendall Taylor was supporting me and lead my case to success. Thank you Kendall.
