From start to finish was made and explained simply. Anything I wasnt sure on i asked and the response was quick and detailed. There wasnt much in fairness I had to do, all was done by Kendall. Communication was great and great customer service by Kendall.

Absolutely fantastic result from Easthams, I had the lovely Kendall help me through a case that's lasted almost 3 years, she was very flexible, understanding and always assured me she was on my side. I used this company to get what I was owed through an eye injury. Kendall thank you ever so much! The offer we came to was more than satisfactory, thank you once again, I hope to never use this company again, however, if the needs is there, I'll be contacting Easthams ! Made a claim against my old employer for an injury sustained while employed. Service recieved from yourselves was not great, had to continuously chase yourselves for updates, files are clearly not read correctly as keep being told different things and asked the same questions over and over, i dont feel you got the best result for my claim. Ended up agreeing as it had been going on for so long
