Aneta joined personal injury department at Easthams in November 2012 working as an assistant to a more senior member of staff. In 2014 she successfully qualified as a Paralegal. Aneta now has a decade of experience dealing with road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public places and obviously is a huge help to Polish clients, where a language barrier may be a problem with some companies.

    I first dealt with Aneta Bartoszewska. She was truly helpful and saw me through the initial stages of my claim. She then passed me to Kendall Taylor who sorted my claim to its end. Kendall too was very helpful and understanding of my lack of remembering things, I'd repeat myself. A very professional woman who I'd recommend without hesitation. I had a phone call from her and her voice was so beautiful. I was more than happy with the outcome of my claim and that's down to the two ladies who saw to my case.

    Would not recommend this compay. These have have done nothing for me in 5 months. Two weeks ago the other side denied my claim and now Eashams dont want to know. They have everything in black and white, videos and hospital reports for a broken Tibia and Fibia which is still in a cast 5months down the line. I will be looking at other solicitors to take my case, ones who no what they are doing for personal injury cases. I would stay well clear of this company!

    We are really sorry you are disappointed with the outcome. You've obviously suffered a really nasty injury but you need to establish that someone is responsible for your accident. In your case, we believe, that the evidence the council has presented mean that on the balance of probabilities they will not be found liable.
