Friendly and professional
Overall very happy that I didn't really have to so anything apart from provide all the details I'd the accident and forms etc. Only hiccup was a probably 3 week gap where nothing moved forward but did when I promted with a question unrelated to the claim. I knew it would be a long process but that 3 week gap of no progression held the claim back. That said I was very happy with Kristine.

Very quick and easy process
I used Kristine from Easthams to settle an injury compensation claim after a car accident. This was the first time I had been through any process such as this and had heard horror stories from others about how long and difficult it can be. Can honestly say it was very straightforward with the people we used. Minimal effort or chasing required on our behalf as it was taken care of promptly and efficiently.
