Buying & Selling property
We decided to choose Eastham's Solicitors from a recommendation.
We were in a chain of four which was not the easiest to deal with. Luke was our main Solicitor, with Jade as his assistant. Both Luke & Jade were both very professional at all times. We endured some stress, not due to our solicitor's but due to others in the chain. Both Luke & Jade made every effort to keep us updated and Jade was forever chasing up the other Solicitor's to get things moving.
I would like to thank both Luke & Jade for all their support and also thank Debra who finalised the completion due to Luke being on prebooked well deserved annual leave.

Purchase of land and garages
Debra and Josh were fantastic to deal with from start to finish.
The purchase wasn’t straight forward as there were a few questions that needed to be answered, Debra and Josh dealt with these in a professional manner ensuring I was kept in the loop at all times. Sale of Offices
Good Experience with Easthams. Our solicitor Debra Hepplestall and her Assistant Josh Brady were excellent. They encountered great difficulties with our commercial Bank Lender but put in extra time and effort to manage effectively the banks poor customer service.
Thanks to them both, our sale progressed uneventfully.

Purchase of 12 St Annes Ave
1. Eastham's were very flexible when the first purchase fell through and we really appreciated your help when the team moved seamlessly onto the second house.
2. We did have an unfortunate problem when Easthams were not on the approved list for the Mortgage application, however we swapped application (it did cost a bit more).
3. The process took a long time due to probate and there where one or two items that could have been closed during this period.
4. Overall the team were really good and we felt we got good advice.
5. The exchange at the end was very smooth.
