Easthams completed our house purchase and sale. The sale was straightforward but the puchase was subject to covenants and grey areas. They managed to resolve the differences and amended the contract to provide us with safeguards and avoid future uncertainties. We were part of a chain and all matters were resolved without affecting the other parties in a timely and reassuring way. We were really glad we used a local firm that could provide the explainations, avoid complications and provide a resolution to all the niggles!
