After dealing with multiple solicitors, Kim and Adele were a breath of fresh air. The most notable thing was that they were readily available. Whenever I called, they answered their direct lines immediately, not once did I have to leave a voicemail or request a call back.
Other solicitors had baffled us with legal jargon but here we felt we could call and have everything explained in layman's terms without prejudice. Kim and Adele stepped in towards the end of our process and I would highly recommend both of them as file handlers. They were empathetic, efficient and personal.
I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

First Time Buyers
We worked with Adele and Kim on the purchase of our first home. They were great and made sure our sellers were never waiting for us. They chased things for us when we needed them to and made the process as stress free as buying a house can be!

House sale

House Purchase
Kim and Adele were absolutely amazing when I was buying my house. Having sold the old family house but my new house not being ready, it was a very stressful time. Both Kim and Adele worked over and above to get my new purchase over the line so my children and I could be in our home in the quickest time and before the stamp duty increase came into effect which was a bonus!
It wasn’t a straight forward purchase but they did everything the my could to make it happen. Nothing was too much trouble, even my many questions and emails!
I would have absolutely no doubt in recommending them and would 100% use them again if I ever needed to. They are 5* Amazing!!

Professional & Trouble Free.
We have used other solicitors in the past, but this is by far our best experience. Details of the procedure & what we had to do were explained effectively, which gave us confidence going forward. Communication was really good we received emails at every step & we were able to speak with the solicitor regularly, with any issues we had. Any little hiccups were dealt with quickly & the solicitor gave us confidence that they could easily sorted. The whole procedure was quick & painless. Big thank you to the whole team.
