I had an excellent experience selling my flat with Easthams Solicitors. Kim was absolutely fantastic – she was so professional, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and always at the end of a phone for each and every query I had. It was my first time selling a property so I really appreciated her guidance and the time she spent explaining each part of the process to me. She also continually kept me up to date with where my sale was up to which I really appreciated. This was the second time I have used Easthams Solicitors and once again I had a very positive experience. Kim O’Hara was excellent throughout - professional, organised and very supportive during what was quite a complex and time-sensitive transfer of equity and mortgage transfer matter. She kept matters progressing smoothly despite tight timelines and was always helpful and responsive. Adele Woodhouse was equally proactive and efficient in ensuring completion took place smoothly within the required timeframe, which was greatly appreciated given the pressure around deadlines. We recently purchased a house we were desperate to buy after falling in love with it immediately, and thankfully it went through without any issues, mainly thanks to Easthams.
