After dealing with multiple solicitors, Kim and Adele were a breath of fresh air. The most notable thing was that they were readily available. Whenever I called, they answered their direct lines immediately, not once did I have to leave a voicemail or request a call back.
Other solicitors had baffled us with legal jargon but here we felt we could call and have everything explained in layman's terms without prejudice. Kim and Adele stepped in towards the end of our process and I would highly recommend both of them as file handlers. They were empathetic, efficient and personal.
I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Property sale and administartion of sale
Kim and Adele cannot be faulted, guided me and my wife through a very tricky and stressful time with ulitimate professionalism . Really quick in returning our queries by email and although we have no plans to sell our house again , if we did i would not look any further than Easthams solicitors .

New Home
We have recently moved home and Easthams were recommended by a friend to process our sale. To be honest I am usually quite anxious during the sale and purchase process, but I cannot praise them enough
Both Adele and Kim were so supportive and reassuring all through the process, I never once felt anxious or out of my depth....so a huge thankyou to both Adele, Kim and all the team. I won't be moving any time soon, but if I do need advice I will certainly know where to go for it

First home purchase
I’ve recently completed the purchase of my first home, the experience I’ve had has been amazing from
All the staff especially Abbie (reception) and my designated solicitors Kim and Adele have been so helpful throughout the process. Even when it had a slow period (sellers solicitors issue) they always kept me updated and sent emails to confirm they were chasing constantly. Thank you for all your help will definitely be returning for my next home :)

Cannot recommend highly enough
Kim was our solicitor for the recent selling a purchasing of a property. Along with Adele, they honestly could not have been more helpful. Everything was super efficient and they promptly responded to any questions we had - I would hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
