I started interacting with Eastham Solicitors in mid November 2025, about a week after my accident caused by an Uber driver while taking me to Luton airport. I was aware that this would be a lengthy legal process, but I also was convinced about the positive outcome given that I was completely innocent and had no role or any involvement in causing this accident. I was just a passenger sitting in the back of a Uber taxi with the seat belt on. Though the process was expected to last much longer, probably around 15-18 months, Easthams Solicitors managed to bring this process to a positive conclusion within 8 months. Rachel, the legal advisor assigned to my case, was very efficient and professional during this process and she was a great communicator that kept me informed all the time.
