My claim was dealt with to a high standard. I was always informed about what stage I was at with my claim. Joanna was very good in helping me understand what was going on and always emailed me with all the process within my claim.

Outstanding support received.
I received a very efficient service from Easthams solicitors, most especially when Joanna took over my case. She was dedicated, detailed and met every time scale. Great Personal Attention
Starting my claim with no expectations contasted Easthams and Joanna McLean was tasked with my claim. From the start Joanna was always polite and helpful always keeping me informed on how the case was progressing and if she was ever busy or unavailable I found all her colleagues to be of the same friendly polite disposition.
