I can't rate the services of Samir Moftah and Rosemary Dean and her conveyancing team highly enough. I was dealing with an incredibly complex set of issues over a number of months including trying to buy out an ex-partner from a joint house, who had questionable mental capacity and also an inability to engage with the process. Moftah is very knowledgeable and helped me take control by setting out worst case options and practical steps I could take. He gave me the tools I needed to push forward. He was mindful of cost too which I was grateful for, keeping his calls brief etc. Rosemary, Natalie and their team delivered on the task to complete my purchase within the deadline I requested, they kept me out of the detail, only contacting me when required. The process was seamless. Many thanks to Agota too for helping me navigate the transfer of monies to Manak for the purchase completion, always an anxious time, which she made stress free for me. Thanks to all at Manak. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
