Highly recommend the conveyancing services of Emily Pearce of Grant Saw Solicitors in Greenwich. Emily dealt with a remortgage and purchase on our behalf and from first contact found her to be efficient, reliable and professional in every way. Always kept us updated at every stage and very quick to respond to calls and emails and was very proactive with updating the selling agent and other solicitors involved in the chain. Emily has been a pleasure to deal with and will definitely use her services again in the future.

I run a busy estate agents in Sidcup (capital) we choose not to recommend conveyancing solicitors as a rule as often the referrals do not match or own levels of service. We have dealt with Emily Pearce at grant saw on a few sales historically including a recent sale that required a quick turn around. after this sale I thought it right to review. She is incredibly good ! Keep up the good work emily

This is the third time I have used Grant Saw for a sale/purchase. Emily Pearce is a credit to the company. I highly recommend Grant Saw. A house move can be daunting but I felt very well looked after and any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently which is very reassuring during the process.

Excellent Solicitor
Emily handled our sale and onward purchase flawlessly. She was prompt and relentless in following up with solicitors up and down the chain, and was extremely clear in her written communications. What could have been a stressful experience was seamless thanks to Emily's excellent conveyancing and communication skills. We will definitely be using her again for any future transactions!

Excellent experience buying our first home
Emily Pearce was an excellent conveyancing solicitor who helped us purchase our home. She always responded to our queries promptly and professionally and helped us through the hiccup of a delay whilst applying for a better rate mortgage with a different lender. Perfect, as always
Emily at Grant Saw is everything you want from a conveyancing solicitor; meticulous attention to detail, prompt and clear communication and constant flexibility with moving timelines.
We had a particular challenge as our buyer wanted to exchange and complete in a very tight timeframe, which Emily was able to facilitate.
We've used Grant Saw for our last two sales/purchases and will continue to do so in the future.

Excellent service
Emily provided excellent service, she was friendly, happy to explain each step of the process, and answer any questions I had. She kept me well informed of any updates and I felt she did a very thorough job. I feel she made buying my property as stress-free as possible for me.

The type of solicitor you want on your side
I was lucky enough to come across Emily's profile when searching for a good solicitor for my second time purchasing a home.
My first experience with another company was horrendous, even causing more harm than good. I quickly learned to do everything myself if I wanted to do it right. However, Emily is miles ahead of everyone I delt with. She picked up on nuances as if she were personally invested in the purchase.
Emily also generously took the time to speak with me on multiple occasions to walk me through all potential routes and would even take the lead on important tasks without waiting for me to flag it.
She's been a key driver in a successful purchase and has alleviated the overwhelming stress I used to believe was inevitable with such a big commitment.
