Sarah is a partner in our Commercial department. She joined Everys in November 2022 when Everys and Stokes Partners merged practices and is based at our Crewkerne office. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1991, Sarah has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with all kinds of commercial, residential, and rural/agricultural property transactions with a particular flair for high-value or complex properties. Sarah’s commercial work includes new leases and lease renewals, options, overage, and development work for a range of businesses and private clients both locally and nationally. Work for the agricultural sector includes the sale and purchase of farms and land, equine, smallholdings, and farm business tenancies. Sarah’s practical and commercial approach is key to providing excellent service and advice to all her clients. Outside work Sarah is a keen runner and cyclist and enjoys gardening.

Sarah Was Very Helpful

Sarah and Kirsty were both very helpful answering questions quickly and clearly. The transaction went through fairly quickly even with the sellers solicitor taking their time at some points.
