We have sold and brought a few properties over a 14yr period with JML and the service has always been friendly professional and efficient.
A special mention for Jacqueline who has been absolutely fantastic communicating and keeping us informed step by step. Her professionalism has been outstanding I only wish the buyers of our property had such an efficient lady such as Jacqueline working at their solicitors.
Plus a mention for receptionist Vanesa who is a lovely friendly lady to have on the front desk

Professional service from start to finish
Jacqueline at JM Lewis handled all aspects of the conveyancing throughout our house move. This was a large chain and wasn't easy but she was always just a call or email away to help with any questions and guide us through to successful completion. I would definitely recommend JM Lewis to anyone thinking of moving house. Their costs are extremely competitive and the service is excellent. Jacqueline has helped us move to our dream home with ease and we are very grateful to her for that.

Excellent service for my sale

But to let conveyance
I have dealt with a few of my own solicitors in the last 40 plus years, both buying and selling rented domestic properties. I have also been aware of the same number of solicitors, representing the other side. However, I have never been represented by such a pleasant, efficient and capable solicitor as Jaqueline Byrd at JM Lewis in Derby. Credit where it is due, well done Jaqueline.

Excellent service
I loved the fact I was always able to contact Jacqueline or a member of her team with any questions. Someone always got back to me very quickly. I was kept up to date with the progress of the sale. No issues and would recommend.

House sale
This is the second time Jacqueline has acted for me in my house sales, she is very approachable, keeps in touch with regular updates, both sales went through in just under 3 months, I have sold a number of houses in the past and I would have no doubts in recommending Jacqueline and her team.

Outstanding
Instructed John M Lewis to carry out the sale of my house, received outstanding service from my solicitor Jacqueline Byrd, she kept us updated and reassured throughout what can be a very challenging process and the sale was completed yesterday after a very short period of only around 7 weeks, will definitely use this company again in the near future to get me through a Land registry change of title on my new property,

Excellent legal services - I would highly recommend John M Lewis & Co
From initial contact through to contract exchange and completion the conveyancing services provided were excellent and extremely professional. I particularly liked the overall approach, whereby continual updates and reassurances were provided throughout the sales process.
