A special mention for Jacqueline who has been absolutely fantastic communicating and keeping us informed step by step. Her professionalism has been outstanding I only wish the buyers of our property had such an efficient lady such as Jacqueline working at their solicitors.

Very good experience
I was selling a buy to let property which is never easy when interest rates have gone up and the market seemed depressed but John Lewis made the process easy and clear when the buyer came along. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Amazing help
Amazing help from Jacqueline and the team - always available as soon as we needed to talk and took as much time as we needed to walk through things. As first time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor to represent us.
Searches came back a month early, and Jacqueline had the report over within hours. Really helped to push along the other solutions too who were not as strong!

Buy-to-let property conveyance
Bought a house complete with existing tenants as an investment for my retirement. The conveyancing went very smoothly, my contact at John M.Lewis kept me fully and promptly informed throughout, I never had to ask what was happening. A very easy company to deal with from first contact through to Completion. I would definitely recommend. In fact my wife and daughter had used them previously on separate occasions and made the initial recommendation to me!

The best solicitors I’ve ever used
From the moment I instructed John M Lewis for my house sale they were efficient, excellent direct communication, professional yet friendly. My house sale took less than 7 weeks to complete which is majorly down to Jaquelines efficiency. Will absolutely be using again!!!
