I've recently used Kay Liddle, Jake and team harding to complete a purchase and would highly recommend them! Max - Auction Purchase
Jake and the rest of the team has just been brilliant!! From how it handled everything to communication and friendliness. They have guided me from beginning to the end advised me although it was all a bit rush they were really patient and understanding. Such a professional company all around 5 star service for me.

Everything you want and need
The use of an App made everything clear and contact easy. Progress stages were easy to track and information about what was needed was accessible without having to constantly phone in. There was always someone to talk to if we needed that extra reassurance and they were always friendly and never made you feel like you were being a nuisance. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

My wife and I chanced across PMPL whilst looking for solicitors to assist with our first property purchase.
