TOE Process
initially my file was passed around a few department which was a bit unnerving as not knowing who to contact. However towards the middle of process Bart took over and he handled the process brilliantly.
The opposing party was very difficult to get on with but Bart handling of it was very professional. eventually after 12 months the Transfer of Equity process got completed. most likely longest in history of Transfer of Equity process.

Unprofessional
My solicitor was difficult to understand. He spoke fast and seemed to trip over his words. I constantly had to ask to repeat himself. Despite asking at various stages if the paperwork was upto date and complete,I still found myself scambling around last minute to get documents.Finally despite telling me we had completed and funds would be in my account by close of business,They were not. I had to wait until close of business on the Monday to receive the funds. Had I exchanged keys I would have been homeless or if a chain had been involved, imagine the chaos.. Definitely no recommendation from me other than give them a wide berth...

Selling property for someone else other than oneself
Property lawyers did everything I asked of them. I did have to get some help to access everything on line and anything I couldn't do the lawyers were kind enough to help me through the process.
Very impressed with the help and guidance from start to finish. Most impressed that it was done in the time frame that I asked for as well.
