Debra Woolfson is the head of our Medical Negligence and Personal Injury practice and joined the firm in 2022. She has undertaken medical negligence cases for over 35 years and has built up extensive experience in handling claims of all sizes, across all types of negligence claims. Debra qualified as a solicitor in 1987. She has pursued cases against NHS and private health services and specialises in life-changing and fatal injury cases, with wide experience across road traffic collisions, employers and public liability, and clinical negligence. She has also represented bereaved families at Pre-Inquest Reviews and Inquests in the Coroners’ Courts. Debra takes a collaborative approach to her work and has a proven track record of achieving excellent results for her clients.
