I have used the wonderful Alan Tai for many years to act on my behalf to buy and sell residential property’s. He is reliable, timely with his advice, solution driven and creative with the ways to get the job done in my best interest. I would not use any other conveyancing lawyer and have reconmended him many times to friends, family and colleagues who echo the same.

DO NOT USE

Used "move with us," and they recommended levi solicitors leeds.

Was told it was £1200. No move, no fee, and as there was no chain around 12 weeks.

In total £1960 and 16 weeks.

Continually inventing new add ons that are nesscery.

Purchased and sold a house with the help of Levi’s, Scott and his Team Dickinson were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help progress things aswell as keeping me informed at every stage.
