Great experience top to bottom. I was a first time buyer with little knowledge of anything surrounding a purchase of a property. Levi Solicitors (and in particular Team Spells which is the team I was assigned) were very helpful throughout the 8ish week process. Would highly recommend.

Some tense and stressful exchanges, however, the job was completed in the expected timeframe. Issues were down to purchasers solicitors

Moving house
Having not moved in 20 years we requested a referral from the estate agents.
Initial contact was quick and professional, then enquiries moved along swiftly. However, following that there was a lot of duplication from different conveyors requesting the same thing which became frustrating and stressful.
The senior conveyancer, Jackie Chapman, was excellent during the actual transaction and dealt very thoroughly and professionally.

Percy of 7 the grange
I would like to thank the team for all their help supporting me through purchasing my apartment, and especially Chanelle who was so helpful, and went out of her way to help me with things I didn’t understand and talk me through what I needed to do , I can’t thank her enough, she was very professional but all so very understanding.

Conveyancing
Used Levi,s solicitors when house selling and would highly reccomend them they made the whole proccess a breeze for me, not being tech savvy was no problem as they had there finger on the pulse and kept me up to date at every stage relly took all the stress and worry out of the equation at a very affordable price wouldn,t think twice on using their services again THANK YOU TEAM SPELLS, Donna,Steph and Jackie.

Clear communication and efficiency

Sale of Property in Slaithwaite / Purchase of Property in Marsden
Chanelle, Chloe and Jackie were very responsive with all our queries throughout the process and kept us informed well. They managed to turn around the exchange in quick timescales when completion was close. Would recommend Levi Solicitors and use again.
