It was a fairly straightforward sale and purchase, except for some difficulties in the last couple of weeks of the move which were dealt with very well. Overall the service was great, communication could’ve been better as there were some things we requested that the team was already getting on with and we didn’t know. I would use Shabana again if I were to manage a house purchase or sale.
