Great service
Molly Heptinstall was our conveyancing assistant. We had a very difficult house chain with a significant deadline and Molly was brilliant at keeping us informed, reassured and getting us moved. I could not recommend her enough.

It was fine. I had expected a cheaper price though
I was satisfied but after the first sale fell through I’d expected a much cheaper price on the second. I mean how much extra work was necessary? Seems like a big uplift for copy and pasting. However I was fed up with the whole scenario so I just agreed to it. I did receive some good advice from Josh though and otherwise the comms were fine
